摘要
开展创先争优活动,是党中央着眼于科学发展大局和党的建设实际而部署的一项重要工作,是加强基层党组织和党员队伍建设的必然要求。当前,高校要以深入开展创先争优活动为契机,结合基层党组织实际,采取加强和改进高校基层党组织建设的有效措施,充分发挥其政治核心和战斗堡垒作用。
The development of creating and struggling the superior activity first, is the Central Party Committee focuses an important work which actual deployed in the science development general situation and party＇s construction, strengthens the inevitably request which the basic-level party organization and the party member troop construct. Presently, the university must take thoroughly develop ment of creating and struggling the superior activity as a turning point, union party organization reality, takes the effective measures which enhance and improve university basic-level party organization construction, display its political core and the fight fortress function fully.
