摘要 目的探讨普及型CT在骨关节三维重建的应用技巧、参数选择。方法回顾性分析90例不同部位骨关节损伤的CT扫描参数及重建方法。结果初始扫描层厚对三维重建图像的质量影响明显,颈椎、胸椎、骶尾椎、肘关节骨折及胫骨平台和鼻骨的细微骨折宜采用1mm层厚扫描并重叠重建,腰椎、骨盆、膝关节、踝关节、肩关节、头颅颌面部可采用2.5mm层厚扫描并重叠重建,螺距对图像质量影响较小,多平面重建时采用骨算法图像质量较好,容积再现时采用软组织算法能得到更佳的图像。结论普及型CT能够获得较好的骨关节三维重建图像,并且通过个性化的扫描、重建参数选择,可以在满足临床诊断需要的前提下,尽可能降低球管消耗,节省运行成本。 Objective To discuss application skill and parameter choice of three-dimensional reconstruction of popularization CT in bone and joint.Methods CT scanning parameter and reconstruction method of 90 patients with different spot joint damage were analyzed.Results The initial scanning level was thick obvious to the three-dimensional reconstruction image's quality influence.The cervical vertebra,the thoracic vertebra,the shinbone coccygeal vertebra,the elbow joint bone fracture and the shinbone platform and nasal bone's slight bone fracture used 1mm level to scan thick and to overlap suitably the reconstruction.The lumbar vertebra,the pelvis,the knee joint,the malleolus joint,the shoulder joint,the head jaw face may used the 2.5mm level to scan thick and to overlap the reconstruction.The pitch was small to the picture quality influence.Conclusion Popularization CT can obtain the good joint three-dimensional reconstruction image.
