摘要
基于对丹大快速铁路建设现状的分析,结合施工现场安全质量监督管理实际,集成Web技术和精细化闭环式管理理念,开发了高铁建设安全质量闭环管控系统.本系统基于B/S模式和Net2.0框架,实现对丹大快速铁路建设施工全过程闭环管理及重点部位实时监控功能.该系统由安全质量闭环管理和隧道人员及设备实时监控两大部分组成,包括人员和设备信息管理、现场和工程信息管理、信用评价和激励约束、安全质量控制和事故管理、隧道人员和设备定位等10大功能模块,具有可移植、安全、可拓展等优点,为我国高速铁路建设施工安全质量管理提供了一个全方位、多功能、全过程的多用户信息交流和共享平台.
Based on the analysis of Dandong-Dalian high-speed railway construction and combined with the reality of the safety and quality management,an integrated web technology with closed-loop,the safety and quality closed-loop management and control system of the high-speed railway construction are developed with real-time supervision to the critical parts.This system consists of the sub-system of the safety and quality closed-loop management and the sub-system of the personnel and equipments real-time monitoring in the tunnel,including 10 function modules,such as the personnel and equipments information,local and engineering information,credits evaluation and incentive restraint,quality control and accident management,personnel and equipment real-time supervision and so on.This system provides the advantages of portability,safety and expandsion,which is a comprehensive,multi-functional,whole-process and multi-users information exchange and sharing platform for the high-speed railway construction safety and quality management.
