急性下壁心肌梗死罪犯血管的体表心电图识别 被引量：9

摘要 急性下壁心肌梗死由右冠状动脉（right coronary artery,RCA）或左旋支（left circumflex coronary artery,LCX）急性闭塞所致,RCA或LCX闭塞的比例为（2.2~7.0）：1,平均3.9：1[1-3]。急诊冠状动脉造影是急性下壁心肌梗死罪犯血管诊断的＂金＂标准,
