摘要
介绍了住宅智能化系统的概念和功能，构造出住宅智能化系统的客户／服务器结构。采用NetworkDDE作为中间件实现了对现场实时数据的访问及对现场进行远程实时控制。
The intelligent house management system was introduced.The function structure of an intelligent house management system was developed, and the client/server structure of the intelligent house management system was constructed. DDE/Network DDE were used as the middle ware to get the real time data of the home and control over the equipment of the house.Two methods were presented to visit the home database:ODBC and inquiring the database through web page.
