摘要
针对精冲二维数值模拟的局限性,在有限元软件Deform-3D中建立摩擦片背板的三维精冲模型。采用Normalized Cockroft&Latham断裂准则,分析了成形过程中的静水应力、金属流动速度分布和发展趋势。通过数值模拟获得最佳冲裁间隙值为料厚的0.6%,其结果为提高精冲件质量提供了依据。
A 3D fine blanking model for the backplane of a brake disc was established using finite element software Deform-3D in order to overcome the limitation of 2D numerical simulation.In this study,the Normalized CockroftLatham fracture criterion was chosen to simulate the blanking process which predicts the distribution and developing trend of the hydrostatic stress and velocity.It shows that the ideal blanking clearance value is 0.6% of the material thickness.It also indicate that FE numerical simulation can effectively optimize the fine blanking process and offer basis for quality improvement.
