准分子激光角膜表层切削术后角膜上皮下混浊的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 1988年Marshall报告了准分子激光角膜切削术(photorefractive surgery,PRK)的临床应用,1990年Pallikaris为了解决PRK出现的角膜上皮下混浊和屈光回退,提出准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK).由于LASIK有角膜瓣并发症的缺点,人们又回归到表层切削,于1999年、2003年分别提出准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)和微型角膜刀法准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis,Epi-LASIK).
