摘要
综述了油橄榄的加工现状、国内外先进的加工工艺及其技术特征,对国内外的先进技术工艺做出了对比分析。针对甘肃省油橄榄加工现状及存在的问题,探讨了油橄榄产业化发展需要改进的关键工艺以及关键技术,为改变油橄榄加工及产品品质差等问题提出了合理化建议。
In this paper, the present situation, olive processing of the domestic and international advanced processing technology and technical characteristic of domestic and foreign advanced technology are summarized, a comparative analysis is made on the process of advanced technology. Aiming at the olive processing status and existing problems of Gansu province, the key process and key technology needing to improve of the industrialization of olive are discussed, reasonable suggestion about the product quality issues is put forward.
