摘要
目的;研究具有各种药理活性的异色满类衍生物的合成。方法:利用异色满酮-4完成异色满并异恶唑杂环化合物的合成。结果:合成的异色满并异恶唑类衍生物,其组成和结构通过核磁共振光谱,红外光谱,元素分析予以证实。结论;合成了六个至今未见报道的异色满并异恶唑类衍生物。
Objective:To study the synthesis of isochromano [3,4-d] isoxazole compounds with various pharmacologic activity.Methods:Isochromano [3,4-d] isoxazole compounds were synthesized by using isochroman-4-one.Result:The component and structure of synthesized Isochromano [3,4-d] isoxazole compound were established with spectrum of NMR and infra-red ray,and the analysis of element.Conclusion:Six compounds of Isochromano[3,4-d] isoxazole that have not been reported up to now were synthesized.
