碘营养状况与婴幼儿神经行为发育的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between iodine nutritional status and neurobehavioral development of infants

摘要 目的:通过对婴幼儿尿碘检测及神经行为发育水平的评估,探讨碘营养与神经行为发育的关系。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,收集2 329名婴幼儿,检测尿碘浓度,填写调查表,采用贝利婴幼儿发展量表评估神经行为发育情况。结果:①江苏省5地区婴幼儿尿碘中位数(MUI)为200μg/L,尿碘浓度(UIC)<100μg/L者为12.1%,UIC>300μg/L的为5.2%。②碘适宜组婴幼儿智能发育指数(MDI,105.91±15.574)高于碘缺乏组(103.22±18.144),F=-2.693,P=0.013;城市组婴幼儿MDI(106.62±15.879)明显高于农村组(101.62±14.265),t=7.656,P<0.001。③多元逐步回归分析显示,MDI与父母亲文化程度、尿碘水平可能有关,PDI与母亲文化程度、尿碘水平可能有关。结论:江苏省婴幼儿碘营养状况处于适宜水平;婴幼儿神经行为发育可能与其生活环境、父母文化程度尤其是母亲文化程度有关,碘缺乏可能对婴幼儿的神经行为发育产生不利影响。 Objective:To explore the relationship between iodine nutritional status and neurobehavioral development of infants by urine iodine test and evaluating the level of neurobehavioral development of infants.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to collect 2 329 infants,the concentrations of their urine iodine were detected,then a questionnaire was finished,Bayley Scales of Infant Development was used to assess the situations of neurobehavioral development of the infants.Results:The median of urine iodine of the infants in five regions of Jiangsu province was 200 μg/L,the proportions of urine iodine level〈100 μg/L and urine iodine level〉300 μg/L were 12.1% and 5.2%,respectively.MDI in appropriate iodine group was(105.91±15.574),which was significantly higher than that in iodine deficiency group(103.22±18.144)(F=-2.693,P=0.013);MDI in urban area group was(106.62±15.879),which was significantly higher than that in rural area group(101.62±14.265)(t=7.656,P〈0.001).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that MDI was related to the educational levels of parents and urine iodine level,PDI was correlated with educational levels of mothers and urine iodine level.Conclusion:The iodine nutritional status of infants is at the appropriate level in Jiangsu province.The neurobehavioral development of infants may be related to the living environment and educational levels of parents(especially the educational levels of mothers),iodine deficiency may be harmful to the neurobehavioral development of infants.
