摘要
结合工程实际,对悬挑结构的模板支撑系统进行研究,提出了钢桁架与钢管脚手架相结合的支模方法,即将置于边跨的主梁由钢桁架支撑,其他小型构件由满堂扣件式钢管脚手架支撑。实践表明,该施工方法受力明晰,操作简便,安全可靠,可达到减少经费投入、规避施工风险的效果。
Formwork supporting system of cantilever structure is researched according to engineering practices and the formwork supporting method with combination of steel truss and steel tubular scaffold is proposed , namely using steel truss to support the main beam at side span and full-scale fastener'connected tubular scaffold to support the formwork of other small components. It is proved in practice that this construction method has clear force application, simple and convenient operation, safe and reliable performance. It can successfully reduce the construction cost and avoid construction risk.
