摘要
在烟囱、水塔、贮仓、油管等特种结构施工时,模架的最佳选择为竖向滑动模板。整个模板结构和施工操作平台用小型液压千斤顶提升,省时、省力、施工速度快,并可避免施工缝的留设,但操作要求严格,如发生倾斜,纠正较为困难,当滑升不均时,混凝土壁易产生裂缝,修补较费工,尤其是联体筒仓施工更为严格。
During construction of special plant structures, such as chimney, water tower, storage hopper and oil tube, etc., vertical slip formwork is the best formwork. The whole formwork structure and construction operation platform are lifted by a small hydraulic jack. This construction is quick and convenient, and needs not to set construction joint, but it has strict operation requirements and is difficult to be corrected if obliquity occurs. If the slip lifting is uneven, crack may be easily generated on the concrete wall and its repair is difficult. Especially, the construction of connected silos is stricter.
