角蛋白酶与蛋白酶一浴法羊毛防缩研究及机理分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用Bacillus subtilis产角蛋白酶和蛋白酶一浴法处理羊毛,通过毡缩率、上染速率、K/S值等指标考察了2种酶协同处理对羊毛的改性效果,并运用红外光谱、氨基酸分析和SEM考察了2种酶协同作用对羊毛结构与性质的影响.结果表明:羊毛经2种酶协同处理后,毡缩率下降,可达到机可洗的要求,上染速率提高,但织物的减量较大,染色后K/S值减少;红外光谱显示,一浴法能将鳞片层胱氨酸氧化成磺基丙氨酸;氨基酸分析结果表明,处理后羊毛的胱氨酸质量分数降低;SEM结果显示,羊毛鳞片已基本剥离,说明角蛋白酶与蛋白酶一浴法对羊毛具有明显的改性作用. Wool was treated with keratinase from Bacillus subtilb and protease in one bath. Through felting rate, dyeing rate, K/S value, the modification effect of the two protease synergistic treatment on wool was inves- tigated. The effect of the two protease synergistic treatment on the structure and properties of wool was investi- gated using FTIR-ATR, amino acid analysis and SEM. The results showed that the felting rate of the protease treated wool decreased, which could meet the machine washable demand. The dyeing rate was increased, how- ever the weigh loss was increased, and the K/S value of dyed wool was decreased. FTIR-ATR indicated that one bath method could oxidize cystine of scale to alanine. The result of amino acid analysis showed that the content of cystine decreased after the protease treatment. SEM result showed that scale of wool was almost peeled, which indicated that keratinase and protease treatment in one bath process had evident modification effect on wool fabric.
