摘要
唐诗现存各种版本中,王之涣《登鹳雀楼》又写作《登鹳鹊楼》,注释各异,莫衷一是。历史文献检索表明,用"鹳雀楼"者约占八成,而用"鹳鹊楼"者不到两成;唐宋元诗文皆用"鹳雀楼"写法;明清以后,始有"鹳鹊楼"之称。考该楼原为黄河岸边一座军事瞭望台,年久失修,鹳雀聚栖,因得其名。鹳雀是唐人对鹳的一般称呼,非鹳与喜鹊之集合。明中叶编撰的《大明一统志》是误植"雀"为"鹊"的肇始者,由此引起后人混乱。
Stepping upon the Stork Tower by Wang Zhi-huan was also printed as Stepping upon the Stork and Magpie Tower in all the existing versions of Tang poetry,and the different notes to this poem make us unable to decide which is right.The historical document retrieval indicates that those entitled as Stepping upon the Stork Tower account for 80% while those of Stepping upon the Stork and Magpie Tower less than 20%.The poems and essays in Dynasties of Tang,Song and Yuan all adopted the former.Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the latter came out.The study found that the tower was originally a military lookout tower by the side of Yellow River.It was for long years out of repair and many storks nested in it.Hence the tower got its name after it.＂Guan que＂ was the common name referring to storks in Tang Dynasty and wasn＇t the mixture of magpies and sparrows.The Total Annals of the Yuan Dynasty in mid-Ming Dynasty mistook the stork tower as the stork magpie tower,thus causing the confusion of the tower name.
