摘要
在心理健康教育过程中,教育者与学生之间本质上是在建构一种心理契约。这种心理契约的建构,无论就其文化基础、情感基础,还是操作过程等诸多方面,都与心理健康教育过程中使用的原则和方法存在很强的一致性。了解和把握心理契约的这些特性,可以为心理契约理论在心理健康教育中的应用和发展提供新的思考空间,同时也为心理健康教育理论的泛化使用提供新的经验。
In the process of mental health education,there essentially exists a psychological contract between the educators and the students.The psychological contract has a strong consistency with the mental health education in their cultural basis,affective basis and operation process.Understanding these characteristics of the psychological contract can help improve its application and development in the mental health education,and offer some new experience for the spread of the mental health education theory.
