摘要
目的:观察结直肠癌组织中生长相关癌基因α(GROα)和趋化素样因子-2(CKLF-2)蛋白的表达,探讨其在结直肠癌发病中可能的作用机制。方法:选取结直肠癌患者20例,取癌组织(肠癌组)及其邻近的正常肠黏膜组织(对照组),免疫组化法检测其GROα和CKLF-2蛋白的表达。结果:肠癌组GROα蛋白的表达水平(0.236±0.078OD值)显著高于对照组(0.150±0.051OD值,P<0.01),而肠癌组CKLF-2蛋白的表达水平(0.133±0.039OD值)则显著低于对照组(0.189±0.063OD值,P<0.01)。结论:肠癌组织中GROα表达增加,可能对肠癌组织的生长有促进作用;CKLF-2的表达却下降,推测其对肠癌组织的生长有抑制作用。
Objective To detect the expression levels of growth-related oncogene alpha (GROα) and chemokine like factor-2 (CKLF-2) protein in colorectal cancer,and evaluate the possible mechanism of GROα and CKLF-2 in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Methods Twenty tissues from patients with colorectal cancer (colorectal cancer group) and their adjant normal colorectal mucous membrane (control group) were obtained.The expression levels of GROα and CKLF-2 protein in tissue of both group were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression levels of GROα in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01).However,the expression levels of CKLF-2 protein in colorectal cancer group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.01).Conclusion Increased expression levels of GROα in colorectal cancers shows that it may promote the development of colorectal cancer.But the decreased expression levels of CKLF-2 protein in colorectal cancers significantly shows that it may depress the development of colorectal cancer.
