摘要
研究了Zn-Ni-TiO_2复合镀层的电沉积工艺,讨论了镀液组成及工艺条件对镀层的影响.结果表明,在氯化钾镇液中能获得0.4%~2.1%的二氧化钛固体微粒和1.2%~3.1%的镍的光亮细致复合镀层.镀层钝化膜色泽鲜艳,耐蚀性能是普通镀锌层的2~4倍.
The technology for composite Zn-Ni-TiO2 plating has been investigated and the effect of bath composition and operation condition on composite deposit has been discussed.The results showe that the bright and dense composite deposit containing 0. 4%~2. 1 % ofTO2 solid particIe and 1. 2% ~ 3.1% of Ni can be obtained from KCl bath with gailycoloured passive film and that its corrosion resistance is 2~4 times over that of Zn deposit.
