摘要
研究了动态硫化EPDM/PP共混物中PP相的结晶度及晶体结构,同时讨论了制备工艺条件对共混物中PP 相的结晶度和晶体结构的影响。结果表明:在动态硫化EPDM/PP 共混物中,硫化的EPDM 的分子链没有穿入PP 的晶区,PP 的结晶度随EPDM 含量的增加而下降。提高共混温度,加入软化剂或碳黑均使共混物中PP的结晶度降低,共混时间15min 时,共混物中PP相的结晶度最低,但PP的晶格不受制备工艺条件的影响。
The crystallinity and crystalline structure of PP in dynamically vulcanized EPDM/PP blends were studied in this paper. Effects of the perparation technologies on crystallinity and crystalline structure of PP in blends were investigated. The results show that the molecular chains of cured EPDM don't pass through crystalline structure of PP in the blends, and the crystallinity of PP in the blends decreases with weight percent of EPDM. With increasing blending temperature, adding softing agent and carbon black, the crystallinity of PP in blends are decreased. Blending time for 15 min, the crystallinity of PP in blends is the lowest. Crystalline structure of PP isn't influenced with the perparation techologies.
