摘要
为了提高醋-丙乳液胶粘剂的粘结强度、成膜性能、涂膜硬度和耐玷污性,将环氧树脂加入到聚合体系中,通过乳液聚合的方法制备出环氧树脂改性醋-丙乳液胶粘剂。采用正交实验方法分析讨论了不同的引发剂加入量、乳化剂加入量、丙烯酸丁酯加入量、环氧树脂加入量等因素对环氧树脂改性醋-丙乳液胶粘剂剥离强度的影响。从中优化出最佳聚合配方,采用红外光谱(FTIR)对环氧树脂改性醋-丙乳液胶粘剂的组成进行了表征,结果表明:乳液聚合的方法可以制备出预期的环氧树脂改性醋-丙乳液胶粘剂,所得产品具有良好的粘结强度、成膜性能、涂膜硬度和耐玷污性,产品作为胶粘剂使用可以产生良好的效果。
In order to improve adhesion strength,filming performance,film hardness and contaminates resistance,the exposy resin was added into polymerization system.The epoxy resin modifying vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate emulsion adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization method.The effects of initiator content,emulsifier content,butyl acrylate content and exposy resin content on the peeling strength of the epoxy resin modifying vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate emulsion adhesive were discussed.The optimum polymerization formula were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The fourier-transform infrared(FTIR) was applied to characterize the compositions of the epoxy resin modifying vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate emulsion adhesive.The results showed that epoxy resin modifying vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate emulsion adhesive with excellent adhesion strength,filming performance,film hardness and contaminates resistance was obtained by emulsion polymerization method.The the epoxy resin modifying vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate emulsion adhesive was used very well as an adhesive.
