摘要 采用系统预实验法对紫茎泽兰可能的化学成分进行了初步研究。采用试管反应法,对紫茎泽兰的冷热水、95%乙醇、5%盐酸、石油醚的提取液进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断紫茎泽兰中可能含有的化学成分。初步确定紫茎泽兰可能含有的化学成分中可能含有蛋白质、糖、有机酸、黄酮类、酚类、香豆素、内酯、挥发油和油脂等化学成分,为紫茎泽兰的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。 The chemical components of eupatorium adenophorum spreng was studied preliminarily.The extracted mixture of eupatorium adenophorum spreng from purified cold/hot water,95% ethanol,5% muriatic acid and petroleum ether were studied by tube method.The chemical components of eupatorium adenophorum spreng were primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicators.The preliminary test indicated that eupatorium adenophorum spreng may contain chemical constituents such as protein,sugar,organic acid,flavonoids,phenols,coumarin,volatile,grease and so on.The results of preliminary test provided evidence for further study and application of eupatorium adenophorum spreng.
