摘要
目的探讨糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法对52例(62眼)糖尿病性白内障与同时期52例(60眼)老年性白内障行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术进行临床分析与比较。结果糖尿病性白内障术后并发症多,但经术后积极正确处理均能得到控制,视力恢复满意。结论白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗糖尿病性白内障是安全有效的。
Objective Explore diabetic cataract line phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation clinical effect.Methods To 52 cases（62 eyes） with the same period diabetic cataract 52 cases（60 eyes） of senile cataract do joint phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation clinical analysis and comparison.Results Diabetic cataract surgery,but the postoperative complications were actively correctly handle can be controlled,eyesight recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation in the treatment of diabetes type of cataract is safe and effective.
