摘要
通过分析学校体育伤害事故原因,在处理学生伤害事故时学校承担责任的归责原则的分歧,提出了我国在学校体育伤害事故处理方面的一些不足,并提出了对策:学校应当继续加强学校体育的改革,成立专业机构处理学校体育伤害事故,并借鉴国外校园伤害事故赔偿责任社会化的作法。
The paper analyses the causes of the school sports injury accidents and the different imputation principles and points out the problems of the treatment of the school sports injury accidents in China. The paper also proposes countermeasures that the school sports reform should be strengthened, the specific organization for the school sports injury should be established and the socialization of the compensation responsibility of school sports injury in other countries should be learned.
