摘要 纤维素作为地球上的可再生资源,在一定条件下可以水解成为糖类重新回到物质循环中。该实验从芒萁中筛选出了近20株有纤维素降解能力的内生细菌,初步证明芒萁中存在相应的纤维素降解菌,为纤维素降解菌的获得提供了新的思路。 As a renewable resource on earth,cellulose can be hydrolyzed into sugars back to the material cycle under certain conditions.This study isolated some strains of endophytic bacteria from the Dicranopteris linearis,and 20 strains were thereafter screened that were capable of utilizing cellulose.This proves that some corresponding cellulose degrading bacteria are present in the D.linearis,and provides a new way to get cellulose degrading bacteria.
