摘要 目的 探讨全髋关节置换术后早期进行系统性康复的效果.方法 选择60例全髋关节置换术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组(各30例),观察组均在术后早期开始进行系统性康复训练;对照组术后未进行早期系统性康复训练.于术前、术后第8周和术后第12周对患者进行Harris评分和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分.结果 术前两组患者的Harris评分和ADL评分差异无统计学意义(均P >0.05);术后第8周和第12周时,观察组的Harris评分和ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全髋关节置换术后进行积极的早期系统性康复训练有助于患者髋关节功能的早日康复. Objective To evaluate the effect of early systemic rehabilitation on functional recovery of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods Sixty patients undergoing THA were randomized into rehabilitation group and control group with 30 cases in each. Patients in rehabilitation group received systemic rehabilitation training in the early postoperative time; while patients in control group did not. Scores of Harris and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) were assessed before,8 and 12 weeks after operation. Results The scores of Harris and ADL before operation were not different between the two groups(P〉 0.05). At 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively, the Harris and ADL scores of patients in rehabilitation group were higher than those of the control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Early systemic rehabilitation training after total hip arthroplasty can facilitate the functional recovery of patients.
