摘要
与年龄有关的记忆力缺损老年人 ( AAMI)和年龄相匹配的健康老人各 2 2例分别作为研究组和对照组 ,行关联负变化( CNV)和长谷川痴呆量表 ( HDS)测查 ;2年后对研究组进行复查 ,以了解向痴呆发展过程中 AAMI的 CNV特征及变化趋势。结果示 ,随着认知功能的减退 ,研究组初为命令信号后负变化 ( PINV)面积增大 ;CNV波形不规则 ,期待波 ( EW)不稳定伴压低 ,PINV压低。继之潜伏期 ( RT)延长 ,PINV时程缩短 ,EW和 PINV波幅及面积缩小 ;EW压低且更不稳定 ,呈现 RT延长、整个 CNV波压低、缩小的趋势。分析认为 ,CVN可反映 AAMI痴呆程度和进展的快慢 ,为一观察
To investigate the feature and general trend of the contingent negative variation(CNV) in the aged associated with memory impairment(AAMI) in the course of development towards dementia. CNV and Hasegawa's dementia scale for the aged(HDS) in 22 of AAMI (serving as the study group) and 22 of normal elderly subjects selected from well-matched in age (serving as the control group) were examined at first.2 years later,22 of the study group were examined again.The tendency was revealed that the reaction time(RT) was prolonged, and the whole wave of the CNV decreased along with the development of the cognitive dysfunction in the AAMI. The CNV could constitute a valuable means of the electrophysiology for the study of brain function deterioration and useful for dynamically observing the speed of the development towards dementia and severity degree of the dementia in AAMI.
