摘要
针对高校学生管理问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了印象管理涵义和高校辅导员工作职责,结合辅导员角色特点,提出把印象管理运用到高校学生辅导员工作中。总结了注重第一印象、修复消极印象、提高自身素质等运用技巧及注意事项。研究结果有利于学生管理工作的有效开展。
In view of the problems in university student management,inductive analysis was adopted to analyze impression managements＇ connotation and college counselors’responsibility.Based on the role characteristics of counselors,impression management was proposed to be applied in university student management.Application skills and things for attention were summarized on attaching importance to first impression,repairing negative impression and enhancing self quality.The findings help effective conduction of student management.
