摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和纳米银(Ag NPs)颗粒共固定,制备了一种新的流通式化学发光过氧化氢传感器.结果表明,在纳米银的存在下,传感器的响应增强了10倍,线性范围为7×10-5~1×10-3mol/L,检出限为2.4×10-6mol/L,标准偏差为3.2%(4×10-4mol/L H2O2,n=9).
A new chemiluminescence(CL) flow-through biosensor for determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed by immobilizing horseradish peroxidase(HRP) and Ag nanoparticles with the Sol-gel method on the flow CL cell.In the presence of Ag nanoparticles,the respond of the biosensor is enhanced about 10-fold.The calibration graph is linear in the range of 7×10-5 to 1×10-3 mol/L,and the detection limit is 2.4×10-6 mol/L.The relative standard deviation is 3.2%(4×10-4 mol/L H2O2,n=9).
