左主干急性闭塞介入治疗1例护理配合 被引量：1

摘要 1病例摘要患者,女性,56岁。主因＂反复发作胸闷、晕厥20天＂入院。入院后16h再发胸闷,数秒后意识丧失、小便失禁,血压、心率明显下降,约1 min恢复正常,心电图出现一过性aVR导联ST段抬高,余导联ST段明显压低。急诊冠状动脉造影示,左主干呈线性显影,狭窄98%左右,前降支及回旋支血流TIMIⅢ级;右冠开口狭窄85%。
