摘要
以纳豆芽孢杆菌为试验材料,研究各种抗生素对其生长的抑制作用。比较多种抗生素对不同菌体浓度的纳豆菌生长情况的影响。试验结果表明:乙酰甲喹类抗生素及生长育肥猪前期使用的复合预混料对纳豆菌的生长无明显抑制作用,而强力霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、替米考星四类抗生素,及怀孕母猪和仔猪后期复合预混料,对不同菌体浓度纳豆菌的生长有明显的抑制作用。
The Bacillus subtilis natto to study the different antibiotics on the growth inhibition.Adopt different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis natto to compare the same antibiotic and different kinds of antibiotics on the growth inhibition of Bacillus natto.Research shows that Mequindox and the prophase of growth fatten pigs composite premix without inhibition on the growth of the Bacillus subtilis natto.However doxycycline,florfenicol,enrofloxacin,tilmicosin,pregnant sows composite premixs and piglets late composite premixs have obvious inhibition on the growth of different concertrations of Bacillus subtilis natto.
