摘要
山区学校点多、规模小、师资差、效益低下的状况,违背了社会转型期农村人口日益增长的优质教育诉求。以学区制改革和寄宿制学校建设为重点,实施教育布局调整,可以有效整合教育资源,但不可避免带来一系列问题。需要在尊重山区农村社会特质的基础上,加以分析破解。
Mountain schools are small with weak teaching staff and low efficiency of the school, which is contrary to the social transition the growing rural population and the demands of quality education. To focus on school district reform and the construction of boarding schools and to adjust the layout of the implementation of education can effectively integrate educational resources, but which inevitably brings a range of issues. We need to respect the social characteristics of rural mountain areas, and to solve the problems.
