摘要 挤压机机架变形直接影响挤压制品质量。以36 MN预应力结构挤压机为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立包括前梁、后梁、张力柱和压柱等主要部件的机架实体模型,将其导入MSC.Marc软件转化为有限元模型后,应用直接加载法对机架预紧,并对预紧和工作载荷下机架进行受力变形分析,得到了机架变形云图和压柱变形规律。结果表明:预紧载荷下压柱外凸,工作载荷下压柱内凹;前梁采用非中心对称结构使上压柱变形稍大于下压柱。研究结果对挤压机设计和应用具有一定参考价值。 The extrusion press frame deformation has direct influence on quality of extruded product.The frame solid model including front beam,rear beam,pre-tensioned columns,and compressed columns was established by using software SolidWorks for 36 MN prestress structure extrusion press,then it was imported into software MSC.Marc,and transformed into finite element model.With a direct loading method applied to the frame preloading,the load-deformation of the frame under preload and working load was analyzed,and the frame deformation contours and compressed columns deformation rules were obtained.The results show that the compressed column deformation direction is outer convex under preload,on the contrary it is inner concave under working load;uncentrosymmetric front beam will result in that the upper compressed column deformation is a little larger than lower.These research results provide reference for design and application of extrusion press.
