摘要
基于09CuPTiRe钢高温双道次热模拟实验,采用lnθε关系曲线确定了二道次变形条件下的临界应变,探讨了变形温度、变形速度等对二道次热变形行为的影响。结果表明:一道次动态再结晶后的二道次,其热变形行为不同于单道次;随着变形温度的降低和应变速率的提高,二道次动态再结晶的临界应变减小。研究结果与二道次数值模拟反映的特征相符。
Based on double thermodynamics simulation research of 09CuPTiRe steel,the critical strain of second pass was obtained by using ln θ-ε curves.Effects of hot deformation temperature and strain rate on behavior of second pass were discussed.The results show that the hot deformation behavior of second pass after dynamic recrystallization of first pass is different from that one in single pass.The critical strain of second pass decreases with decreasing the deforming temperature and increasing the strain rate.These results agree well with FEM simulation results of second pass.
