摘要
研究了采用高温挥发法从沉铁渣中回收锌,考察了焦铁比、温度、时间对锌挥发率的影响。结果表明:在温度1 230℃、焦铁比50%、时间30 min条件下,沉铁渣中锌的回收率达97.9%。高温挥发法工艺简单,锌回收率高,具有一定的应用前景。
The high-temperature volatilization was adopted to reclaim zinc from iron slag.The influences of coke to iron ratio,temperature and time on zinc recovery were investingated.The results showed that at the condition of temperature of 1 230 ℃,coke to iron ratio of 50% and time of 30 min,the zinc recovery reached 97.9%.The process was simple,and zinc recovery was high and has application prospect.
