摘要
目的:探讨生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠免疫功能的修复作用。方法:用加速器一次性照射43Gy诱导SD大鼠发生食管炎,建立大鼠急性放射性食管损伤模型,按实验设计处理各组大鼠,研究使用生津合剂后大鼠外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞改变,用流式细胞术检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞值变化。结果:辐射导致急性放射性食管炎大鼠外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞计数及百分数降低,血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值降低;与模型组比较,中药生津合剂能提高大鼠外周血淋巴细胞计数及百分数(P<0.05),降低中性粒细胞百分比(P<0.05),提高血CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T淋巴细胞值,并以高剂量组效果最明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药生津合剂对急性放射性食管损伤大鼠的免疫功能有修复作用。
Objective:To investigate the restorative function of Shenjin mist in treating rats with acute esophageal radioactive injury.Methods:The animal model of acute esophageal radioactive injury in SD rats was induced by single irradiation of 43Gy gamma ray locally.Deal with all rats according to the experimental design.The changes of the leucocyte count and different in blood were detected on every experimental point,absolute number and percentage of T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results:The experimental results manifested that leukocyte count,lymphocyte differential count and absolute count and absolute T lymphocyte subsets in blood of experimental rats were decreased after radiation.Compared with the model group,Shenjin mist could increase lymphocyte differential count and absolute count and T lymphocyte subsets in blood,especially in the group treated with high dose of Shenjin mist(P0.05),while neutrophil differential count decreased(P0.05).Conclusion:Shenjin mist could enhance the immune function of rats with radioactive injurys of esophageal.
