摘要
针对公路下大量压煤的实际情况,为尝试性地探索公路下采煤的合适方法,利用相似材料模拟实验对公路下充填开采进行了研究,通过实验得到了公路在充填开采状态下所产生的移动和变形值;同时利用有限元软件AD INA进行三维数值模拟,将数值模拟与相似材料模拟实验的结果进行了对比分析,并研究了开采时煤层倾角、采深对公路稳定性的影响。研究表明,在采厚一定的情况下,路面移动和变形值随煤层倾角的增加而减小,随采深的增加而减小,在采深较小时随荷载的增加而增加,在采深较大时受荷载影响较小;在公路下进行充填开采在技术上是可行的,是公路下采煤方法的一种有益的尝试。
To explore the mining of coal under highway,the mining with filling technology under highway was studied by a simulation experiment with similar material.The deformation of highway was obtained when the road was under mining with filling.By means of finite element analysis software ADINA,the mining with filling technology under highway was simulated in three dimensions.The results of numerical and similar material simulation were compared.The influence of angle of coal seam and mining depth on highway stability in coal mining was analyzed.It was found that when mining thickness is constant,both surface displacement and deformation of highway are decreased with the increase of angle of coal seam and mining depth,and increased with loading under small mining depth.But loading has little effect on the displacement and deformation under a large mining depth.Thus mining with filling under highway is technically feasible,which is helpful for coal mining.
