瑞芬太尼七氟烷复合用于困难气道诱导插管的应用

摘要 目的:探讨5%七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在困难气道诱导插管时的应用。方法:观察组20例,进行七氟烷吸入诱导麻醉配合瑞芬太尼注射实施气管插管;并与对照组10例传统清醒表面麻醉下实施气管插管患者进行对比,观察两组在四个特定时间点,各项生理观测值的变化情况。结果:观察组有10例患者一次完成插管,其余10例属明显困难气道,须反复多次插管或使用纤维支气管或置入喉罩等措施完成。对照组有3例患者在传统方法下完成麻醉,其余改用后置入喉罩。与诱导前相比,观察组T1的MAP、HR值明显下降(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组患者T2各组数值较T1略有升高,但对照组升高数值明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼七氟烷复合诱导全身麻醉用于困难气道处理是一项值得推广的麻醉技术。
