摘要
为了让小区物业的业务管理能够满足社会日益发展的需要,利用B/S模式、并采用微软的.NET技术构建了一种三层结构的小区物业管理系统。这种采用.NET技术设计的三层架构的Web应用体系,一方面可有效加快开发速度,降低开发难度;另一方面,也可以使系统具有可重用性、可维护性与可扩展性。
This paper presents the way to realize a three-layer residential property management system by using B/S model and Microsoft′s .NET technology in order to make residential property management meet the growing needs of the community. The web application system can effectively reduce the difficulty of development and speed it up, meanwhile it has the advantages of reusability, maintainability and extendability.
