摘要 人力资源管理策略逐渐成为战略人力资源管理研究的热点之一,但我国却缺乏对其内涵的深入研究。文章回顾并分析国内外关于人力资源管理策略的研究,以进一步科学地、深入地分析人力资源策略的作用机制,从而为人力资源管理策略理论研究和企业实践工作提供参考。
