摘要
为探讨茜草中总蒽醌含量的测定方法,采用差示分光光度法测定了茜草中的总蒽醌含量。结果表明：1,8-二羟基蒽醌浓度（C）与吸光度差值△A在4~14μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为ΔA=39.87C-0.004 2,r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率为99.97%,RSD=0.62%（n=6）。说明,该方法准确、可靠、稳定、灵敏度高。
Total anthraauinones content in Rubia cordifolia was determined by differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry to explore its measuring method.The results showed that the absorption value（△A） and the concentration（C） had good linear relationship（ΔA= 39.87C-0.0042,r= 0.9996,n=6） with the average recovery of 99.97%（RSD=0.62%）,All above indicate that this method is accurate,credible,stable with high sensitivity.
