摘要
针对数控总线的特殊需求,提出一种在数控系统应用层上对数据进行动态循环冗余校验的传输方法,保障传输功能安全。文中给出了报文结构,并设计了具有较强灵活性的校验方法。通过数学分析和实验数据等手段验证了该方法的实时性,并测试了该方法与传统方法之间的性能差异。结果表明该方法优于传统方法,在满足通信实时性的前提下,剩余错误率明显降低,能够满足数控总线的通信需求。
For the special demand of Computer Numerical Control(CNC) Fieldbus,a message communication method which adopting dynamic CRC check upon the application layer of CNC System is presented for the safety of communication.The structure of message is proposed,and a check method with high flexibility is deeply researched.The real-time performance was proved through mathematic method and experiment tests.By giving the differences between the new and traditional mechanisms,the results prove that the new mechanism appeared higher ability in reducing residual error probability under the quest of real-time performance,which can meet the demand of the communication in CNC Fieldbus.
