摘要
风力发电机组中的变流器,其运行工况特殊,功率、频率、电流、电压等参数随风的变化而变化。由于变流器工况变化频繁,引起功率器件的结温和壳温频繁波动,造成器件的功率循环和热循环损伤较大。另一方面,高海拔地区丰富的风资源,为风电变流器的高海拔运行提供了广阔空间,而高达4 km海拔的应用,让宇宙射线对功率器件的损伤不容忽视。大功率风力发电机组通常要求20年以上的运行寿命,IGBT作为大功率风电机组核心部件风电变流器的构成基础,其可靠性备受关注。在此概述了风力发电变流器的运行特点,详述了该型变流器中功率器件可靠性研究的基本分析方法。
Operation conditions of the converter used in the wind turbine is special because the converter's power,fre-quency,current,voltage and other parameters are changing with the wind.The damage to the power devices caused by the power cycle and the thermal cycle will increase because the converter's operating conditions changes frequently and which causes the junction temperature and the base-plate temperature hardly changes.On the other hand,high-alti-tude region's rich wind resource provides a broad space for the application of the wind turbine's converter in high-al-titude region.The damage to power devices causes by the cosmic ray can not be ignored when the converter operated at about 4 km altitude.The high-powered wind turbines are usually required over 20 years running life,so the reliabili-ty of the IGBTs is highly concerned as the IGBTs are the bases of the wind turbine's converter which is one of the core of the wind turbine.It is summarized the normally operating characteristic of wind power converter.Detailed intro-duction is given about the analytical method of the reliability of IGBTs used in the wind power converter.
