摘要
近年来,杂环农药和光学活性农药成为世界各大公司研发的热点,高效氟吡甲禾灵是此类农药最具代表性的品种之一。本文介绍的是高效氟吡甲禾灵中间体OP[R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸酯]的合成工艺,分析了合成工艺条件对OP含量的影响,并对其工艺条件进行了研究,通过大量的实验对比得出了最佳的工艺条件———以物料中R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸酯的含量为标准对比多组数据得出最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,投料配比为1∶7,反应时间为7h。
In recent years,fluorine-containing pesticides,heterocyclic pesticides and optical-active pesticides have become the research hotspots of big companies all over the world.Among these pesticides,haloxyfop-P-methyl is one of the most typical breed.In this paper we study the synthesis technology of OP-the intermediate of Haloxyfop-P-methyl,and analysis how the synthesis condition influences the OP content,and finally obtain the optimum condition-temperature 50℃,inventory ratio 1:7,reaction time 7h.
