摘要
针对OSLON SSL80型大功率LED光通量维持数据,以Matlab为工具,对单颗大功率LED光通维持数据进行指数化处理,对其寿命正态分布进行检验,最后对以这种功率型LED构成的LED阵列进行可靠性计算,并绘制其可靠度和失效率曲线.结果显示,由多颗LED组成阵列的可靠性远低于单颗LED的可靠性.
Through analysis of lumen-maintenance data of OSLON SSL 80 high-power LED,this paper puts forward the lumen-maintenance-exponent model curve of a single LED in Matlab.It also studies the distribution model of lifetimes of LEDs and finds that the distribution model can be described by a norm-distribution model.In the end,it calculated the reliability of a LED-Series using the LEDs in the report.By using Matlab,it also drew the reliability curves of single LEDs and a LED-Series.It shows that the reliability of LED-Series is lower than that of single LED.
