摘要
介绍了回转窑松套式滚圈与筒体垫板间间隙的重要性、理论值计算及检测间隙的几种方法。通过对回转窑现场实测标定数据的分析,证明了计算和检测方式的可靠性,同时介绍了调整间隙的方法。
The importance of the gap between the loosening sleeve type rolling ring and barrel backing plate,the methods for the theoretical value calculation and gap measurement are described.Through the analysis of the actually measured standardizing data of rotary kiln on site,the reliability of calculation and measuring methods are proved,and at the same time,the gap adjustment method is presented.
