摘要
本研究将Eggers现场胃含物法移入实验室大型玻璃钢水槽中,以卤虫幼体为生物饵料,测定了渤海优势鱼种斑鰶的摄食、生长和生态转换效率等生态能量学参数。结果表明,(1)斑鰶体重与空消化道重量的定量关系可用指数函数W=4.176 2 e0.765 2ESW加以定量描述,而其瞬时全消化道内含物量可用公式St =100×[SW-(lnW-1.429 4)/0.765 2]/W 计算得到;(2)全消化道内含物随时间的变化趋势为St= 3.524 3 e-0.142 3 t,瞬时排空率Rt = 0.142 3 gw.w./100g·h;(3)按Eggers公式可求得日摄食量Cd=10.796 9±3.802 5 gw.w./100 g·d=28.815 7±10.148 5 kJ/100g·d;(4)从斑鰶的平均日生长量实测值Gd = 0.949 5 gw.w./100g·d=3.113 5kJ/100g·d,可求得其生态转换效率Eg=8.79%(w.w.)=12.81%(kJ)。
Egger's stomach content method, usua lly applied in situ, was carried out in laboratory to determine Clupanodom Punctus' ecological energetics parameters such as food consumption, growth and ecological conversion efficiency. The results showed that: 1)The relationship between the fish weight and correspond ing empty stomach weight could be described as W=4.176 2 e0.765 2·ESW, and the instantaneous feed content in the stomach could be calculated by the formula St =100×[SW-(lnW-1.429 4)/ 0.765 2]/W ; 2) The relationship between the feed content in the stomach and corresponding time could be diescribed as St=1.783 7 e-0.142 3 t, and the instantaneous gastric evacuat ion rate calculated by the formula was Rt= 0.14 3 gw.w./100g·h; 3)Food consumption calculated according to Eg gers' formula was Cd= 10.796 9±3.802 5 gw.w./100g·h=28.815 7±10.148 5 kJ/100g·d ; 4)From the determined value of growth Gd=0.949 5 gw.w./100g·d=3.113 5kJ/100g·d, the ecological conversion efficiency could be evaluated as Eg=8.79%(w.w.)=12.81% (kJ).
