血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C联合尿蛋白SDS-AGE检测在过敏性紫癜早期肾损伤中的临床应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)联合尿蛋白十二烷基硫酸钠-琼脂糖凝胶电泳(SDS-AGE)检测在过敏性紫癜(HSP)早期肾损伤的临床应用价值。方法以33例HSP患者(HSP患者组)和26健康者(健康对照组)为研究对象,采用乳胶颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法检测血清CysC水平,采用SDS-AGE对新鲜晨尿进行尿蛋白检测。结果 HSP患者组血清CysC水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05);HSP患者组血清CysC阳性率为51.5%,尿蛋白SDS-AGE检测阳性率为63.6%,两者联合检测阳性率为72.7%。结论血清CysC和尿蛋白SDS-AGE联合检测可提高HSP患者早期肾功能损害的诊断灵敏度,有助于判断肾损伤部位和性质,具有较好的临床应用价值。
