摘要
在全面调查、详细观测防护林带结构及其对气象因子作用的基础上，对防护林的功能进行了探讨，提出了在半干旱地区建立防护林的主要依据。
On the basis of overall investigation and detailed observation on shelter belt structure and its function to meteorological factors,studied the shelter belt's functions and put forward the major basis establish shelter belts in semiarid sand land.
