摘要
针对实际研究中难以对轴系故障进行实地模拟,应用了有限元仿真的方法。对实验室的轴系实验平台建立了有限元仿真模型,对轴承支撑建立了油膜-支座的耦合振动模型,并利用ANSYS对其不平衡故障进行模拟,通过模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,为轴系振动特性研究和故障诊断提供了依据。
Considered it is hard to simulate the shaft fault on the machine,the method of finite element simulation is used in this article.The finite element simulation model and oil film-supporting coupled model is built by ANSYS in accordance with the shaft experimental platform in laboratory and simulates the fault of unbalance based ANSYS.Modal analysis and transient dynamics analysis have been studied and the result gives a basis for the research on vibration performance and fault diagnosis of the shafts.
