摘要
洋山深水港区工程是我国目前唯一一座建在远离陆地外海岛礁上的现代化集装箱港区,接岸形式采用斜顶桩板桩承台新型结构,由于无现成经验和规范可借鉴,运用大型非线性有限元分析软件对其施工过程进行了三维数值模拟。重点对不同施工工况中承台位移,斜顶桩、板桩与支撑桩的受力,以及地层的施工位移变化进行了模拟分析,计算结果表明接岸结构在起挡土作用的同时,能够保持稳定。计算结果可为洋山后续工程的优化提供了参考。
Yangshan deepwater port is the only container port in China which is built in the open sea reef islands away from the land. The bat- ter piles with sheet-pile supported platform is first adopt as a new connecting structure in the project. With no experience and code for refer- ence, the three-dimension numerical simulation is carried out with nonlinear FEM model program. The platform and the soil layer displacement are calculated under different construction conditions. And the stress characters of batter pile, sheet pile and supporting pile are also re- searched. The calculation results show that the connecting structure can keep stable when the structure retains soil. These achievements can of- fer design and construction experience and guidance for the follow-up projects.
