摘要
本文研究了LaCl3 对柠檬酸与正丁醇的酯化催化性能,结果发现LaCl3 可以代替硫酸作柠檬酸三丁酯合成的催化剂,当催化剂用量为0.6% ,柠檬酸与正丁酸的摩尔比1∶13,在回流温度下反应2h,转化率达93% 以上。LaCl3 的催化活性可认为是来自它与柠檬酸反应形成的新生态柠檬酸镧。且催化剂便于与产物分离,可以回收使用。
The catalytic activity of LaCl 3 for esterification reaction between citric acid and n butyl alcohol was investigated in this paper.It was found that LaCl 3 can be used for the catalyst synthesis of tributyl citrate instead of H 2SO 4 When LaCl 3 content is 0 6%.Citric acid:n butyl alcohol molar ratio is 1∶13 Reacting under reflux temperature for two hour the inversion rate will be over 93% and the catalyst can be seperated from production easily.The catalytic activity seems to be attributed from the lanthanum citrate which formed with the reaction of LaCl 3 and citrate acid.
